Delete your SnapDeck account and data

Delete it yourself, in the app or on the web

1. Log in to SnapDeck (website or mobile app).
2. Open Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account (email and password), all your decks, cards, learn-mode results and quiz scores, and signs you out of every device.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel a web subscription from Account › Manage subscription before deleting; cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in that store’s subscription settings.

Can’t log in?

Email info@prediturk.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete the account and all its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is kept

Nothing from your study content. Payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google) keep transaction records they are legally required to keep. Server logs expire automatically within 30 days.
