Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662 (“we”) for the use of SnapDeck. By using SnapDeck you agree to them.

The service

SnapDeck turns notes you provide into flashcards and practice questions using AI. AI output can contain mistakes: check important facts against your course materials. SnapDeck is a study aid and does not guarantee any exam result.

Your content

You keep all rights to the notes you upload and the decks made from them. Only upload material you have the right to use. You give us permission to process it solely to provide the service to you.

Accounts

Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account.

Free plan and Pro

• The free plan includes 3 AI-generated decks per account (1 without an account) and unlimited learn mode and practice quizzes on your decks.
• SnapDeck Pro costs $6.99 per month or $69.90 per year (prices may vary by country and store). It includes unlimited AI deck generation and exam-style practice tests, subject to fair-use limits that prevent abuse.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancel anytime: on the web from Account › Manage subscription; in the app from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it as described above.
• Refunds for web purchases: contact us within 14 days. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded under those stores’ policies.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no automated scraping, abuse of free limits, attempts to break security, or illegal content.

Disclaimer and liability

SnapDeck is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; if a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
