Privacy policy

SnapDeck (“we”) is operated by Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662. This policy explains what we collect when you use SnapDeck on the web or in our mobile app, and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password (we never store the password itself).
• Your study content: the decks, cards and quiz questions made from your notes, your learn-mode results and quiz scores.
• Notes you upload: photos, PDFs and pasted text are sent to our AI provider to create your deck and are not stored by us after the deck is made. Only the resulting cards are saved.
• Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe (web) or Apple / Google (app). We do not see or store your card details; we receive whether your subscription is active.
• Usage analytics: cookie-free, first-party analytics of page views and feature use (for example “deck created”), without advertising identifiers and without third-party trackers.
• Abuse prevention: a one-way hash of your IP address, to rate-limit free use.

Cookies

We use only functional first-party cookies: one that keeps you signed in, one that keeps decks you made before signing up on your browser, one that identifies your purchases to our payment system, and (if you arrived through a partner link) one that remembers that partner for up to 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To run SnapDeck: generate and store your decks, keep you signed in, provide Pro features to subscribers, credit partners who referred you, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data and do not use your notes to train AI models.

Service providers

We use hosting and database providers, an AI model provider (to read your notes and write cards), Stripe, Apple and Google (payments), an email provider (password resets), and our partner program platform (referral attribution). They process data only on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account and all its data at any time in Account › Delete account, or see how to delete your account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Decks made without an account are kept on that browser’s anonymous id and can be deleted from the deck page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to processing. Email info@prediturk.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

SnapDeck is intended for users aged 13 and over.
